Started in 2013, the Forum for Science Communication, FFF is an annual conference aimed at science communicators and press officers at universities and public sector organisations, researchers, journalists and those with an interest in science communication.
FFF has developed into the largest Nordic conference for those working in science communication and annually attracts around 450 participants. The aim of the conference is to provide participants with inspiration, new knowledge about tools and methods for science communication and the opportunity to network and exchange experiences with others.
The conference is part of the International Science Festival in Gothenburg and is organised by the research councils Forte, the Swedish Research Council and Vinnova as well as Mistra, the Ragnar Söderberg Foundation, the Bank of Sweden Tercentenary Foundation, the Swedish Foundation for Strategic Research, the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation and the non-profit organisation VA (Public & Science) in collaboration with the Gothenburg Science Festival.
